Processing Time

• Order Processing: Once you place an order, we typically process it within 2-3 business days. During peak times or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Options and Costs

• Domestic Shipping (UK):
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• International Shipping (US and Worldwide):
  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. 

Tracking Your Order

Not all orders will have tracking information to keep costs low for you the customer but higher value items will include tracking:

• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information if available, so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Issues

• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
• Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as necessary.

Returns and Exchanges
